A day in the role
Your tables are a mix of first-timers and regulars who've ordered the same toasted ravioli for twenty years. You read the room, steer newcomers to the dishes they'll come back for, keep drinks full and courses moving, and turn a Tuesday dinner into a reason to return. The better you know the menu and your guests, the more you earn.
What you’ll do
- Provide warm, attentive table service from greeting to check
- Know the menu and make confident recommendations to guests
- Enter orders accurately and run food and drinks promptly
- Suggestively sell appetizers, drinks, and desserts
- Handle guest payments and balance your drawer
- Keep your section clean, stocked, and guest-ready
What we’re looking for
- A friendly, guest-first attituderequired
- Able to stay organized and calm during a busy rushrequired
- Availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysrequired
- Prior serving experience (a plus — we'll train the right person)
- Of legal age to serve alcohol where required
