As a Cook at The Pasta House Co., you make the food St. Louis drives across town for — the toasted ravioli, the pastas, the made-from-scratch favorites. Line, prep, and pride in every plate.
What you’ll do
- Prepare ingredients and complete the daily prep list
- Cook menu items to recipe, temperature, and presentation standards
- Work the line efficiently during peak service
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards
- Help with receiving, rotation, and reducing waste
What we’re looking for
- Able to work quickly and consistently during a rushrequired
- Knowledge of food-safety and sanitation basicsrequired
- Availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysrequired
- Prior cooking or line experience (a plus)
- Willingness to learn our recipes and standards
