As a Cook at The Pasta House Co., you make the food St. Louis drives across town for — the toasted ravioli, the pastas, the made-from-scratch favorites. Line, prep, and pride in every plate.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare ingredients and complete the daily prep list
  • Cook menu items to recipe, temperature, and presentation standards
  • Work the line efficiently during peak service
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
  • Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards
  • Help with receiving, rotation, and reducing waste

What we’re looking for

  • Able to work quickly and consistently during a rushrequired
  • Knowledge of food-safety and sanitation basicsrequired
  • Availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysrequired
  • Prior cooking or line experience (a plus)
  • Willingness to learn our recipes and standards
