A day in the role
You're running the rail and the well at once — making a specialty drink for the regulars at your bar while firing drink tickets for a full dining room. Between rounds you're restocking, talking ballgame with the Friday-night crowd, and keeping the energy up when the rush hits. Speed, accuracy, and personality carry the night.
What you’ll do
- Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine to recipe and standard
- Provide fast, friendly service to bar guests and servers
- Card guests and serve alcohol responsibly
- Handle payments and balance your drawer
- Restock, clean, and maintain the bar throughout the shift
- Work closely with servers and the kitchen during a rush
What we’re looking for
- Prior bartending experiencerequired
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and winerequired
- Availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysrequired
- Of legal age to serve alcoholrequired
- Responsible-alcohol-service certification (or willingness to obtain)
